  I brought my 13 year old dog in two nights ago because she was lethargic. The vet on duty suggested a bunch of tests, but we chose to only do blood tests, rather than xrays and ultra sounds. She stayed overnight to get fluids, and a different vet, the medical director, noticed my girl's belly looked distended and did an ultrasound at no charge. He called me immediately to let me know that he found a bleeding tumor on my girl's spleen. At no change, she was given extra fluids and wrapped to keep the bleeding under control. A few hours later her gums were white and we went back. I asked a third vet to be honest with me about what he would do for his dog. Rather than suggesting the expensive surgery, he told me honestly that even a successful surgery would only buy her days and that he would euthanize his dog to prevent any suffering. They allowed me as much time as I wanted with her before, allowed me to have a break down in their office and let me be there when she passed. They gave me a print of her palm and the "Rainbow Bridge" poem. When I said goodby to her, even the vet got teary and they were incredibly kind and compassionate. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. They understand that our pets are our family.
